As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application. What you will be doing

Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as complex financial calculations, processing market transactions, file interface automations, and data reconciliations. Provide in-depth product support and researching client issues. Troubleshoot problems with software applications/environments and recommend corrective action. Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development. Combine your business, technology and product training to be able to understand all facets of the software, the business plan and the client requirements. What you will need

Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You are an excellent communicator and strong problem-solver. Knowledge of FIS products a plus. Location: Jacksonville, FL / Hybrid work schedule. Schedule: Core business hours will be 9-6, however may vary based on business requirements.
