About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Field Force Effectiveness to spearhead the transformation and optimization of its global field operations. This pivotal role is focused on driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and digital enablement for a large number of field professionals worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the global field force effectiveness strategy, partnering with senior leaders to align field strategy with various business goals, and leading performance optimization through the development and implementation of KPIs, incentive models, and territory alignment frameworks. Additionally, the role involves overseeing global training programs, coaching platforms, and onboarding for field teams, as well as championing a culture of excellence, compliance, and scientific integrity.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations, field excellence, or related leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading large-scale field teams or transformation programs across different geographies. A deep understanding of HCP engagement models, CRM systems, and performance analytics is essential, as is experience with digital tools, AI/ML applications in commercial strategy, and omnichannel engagement. The role also requires strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive change initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance policies. An advanced degree in business, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
