Responsibilities
Provide prompt and accurate accounting of the office payroll. Assist the agent in closing payroll accounts at the end of each pay period. Provide audit function of all payroll related expenses.
Coordinating with staff concerning time-off, planned vacations and schedule related functions. Keeping accurate records of all staff work schedules.
Assisting Agents with other office functions as they arise.
Qualifications
BILINGUAL SPANISH
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience with accounting a plus
Proactive in problem-solving
Able to work in and manage a team environment
Experience in Windows computer applications
Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
