Responsibilities
Warmly greet customers both in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and handle office communications efficiently.
Assist with incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
Engage with prospective and current customers to identify opportunities for insurance solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively follow up on customer needs.
Provide support to the team through various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
Previous experience in receptionist or customer service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable initiating and participating in sales conversations.
Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
