W2 Contract - 6 months Position Overview: A leading
medical technology company
is seeking a
Customer Technical Support Representative
to assist patients and clinicians with
Negative Pressure Wound Therapy
devices. This role is perfect for someone passionate about
customer service and technical troubleshooting , with a strong ability to
problem-solve and communicate effectively
in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support & Troubleshooting
– Assist patients and clinicians in resolving product issues and answering technical questions. Product Expertise
– Become a
subject matter expert (SME)
on Negative Pressure Wound Therapy devices. Order Management & Logistics
– Process service calls and work orders through Field Service Representatives, UPS, or Couriers. Cross-Department Collaboration
– Work with internal teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are met. Communication
– Provide effective support through email, phone, and text messaging. What We’re Looking For: Experience:
At least
5 years of customer service experience , with
1 year of order entry/call center systems Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using
Microsoft Office
and navigating industry-standard systems. Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions. Strong Communication:
Professional and empathetic
verbal & written
communication skills. Adaptability:
Willingness to adjust to changing call volumes and schedules as needed. Commitment to Excellence:
Passion for delivering
top-level
customer support. Requirements: Education:
High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to Travel:
Occasional travel may be required for training or corporate functions. Seniority level
