About the Role:
As a Host Home Provider, you will offer personalized care and assistance to 1-3 individuals in your own home. Your responsibilities include:
Ensuring a safe and supportive living environment. ?
Assisting with daily living activities, recreation, socialization, and medical appointments. ?
Promoting independence, teaching new skills, and supporting community engagement. ?
Managing challenging behaviors and addressing health and safety concerns. ?

Comprehensive training in areas such as CPR, First Aid, medication administration, behavioral safety, confidentiality, and more. ?
Ongoing support and monitoring to ensure the highest level of care for our members. ?

Monthly tax-free payment/stipend ranging from $2000-$5000 per member, per month.
Qualifications:
Ability to provide care for 1-3 members in your home on an ongoing basis. ?
Completion of required training courses. ?
Proficiency in charting daily activities and medications using a web-based system (training provided). ?
Strong written and verbal communication skills. ?
Professionalism, compassion, and a focus on individualized care. ?
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. ?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software. ?
Experience with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. ?
Must pass background screening and reference checks. ?
