Enter, review, and verify customer orders in the system. Ensure accuracy of product quantities, SKUs, and shipping details. Track order status and provide updates to customers or internal teams. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, carriers, vendors, and internal departments. Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries about orders, shipments, delays, or issues. Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally. Work with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly. Schedule pickups with freight carriers or delivery services. Prepare or verify shipping documentation (labels, BOLs, packing lists). Provide inventory availability information to customers or sales teams. Assist with investigating inventory discrepancies or damaged goods. Coordinate returns or product exchanges. Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, customer interactions, and shipment logs. Ensure all documentation meets internal and regulatory requirements. Investigate delayed, lost, or damaged shipments. Work with warehouse and logistics teams to identify root causes and prevent future issues. Process claims with carriers when applicable. Communicate customer priorities or urgent orders to warehouse supervisors. Coordinate workflows during peak seasons or high-volume days. Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Use warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, CRM software, and shipping platforms. Update customer accounts, order notes, and shipment tracking details in the system.
