+ Greet clients and visitors in both English and Spanish with a professional and welcoming attitude + Manage a high volume of incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments + Assist in developing and executing local marketing campaigns to drive new business + Manage company social media accounts and engage with the local community online + Support sales efforts by following up on marketing leads and scheduling appointments + Maintain and update the customer database with accurate contact and lead information + Handle basic office administration tasks including filing, mail, and supply inventory + Create simple marketing materials or flyers to promote current services and events + Resolve client concerns or questions regarding services in a timely and professional manner Available Shifts
