Full time bank teller position available on-site in Wisconsin Rapids. This is a temp to hire opportunity with our client in Wisconsin Rapids. We are looking for a customer service oriented individual to provide a welcoming experience for banking clients. Responsibilities include assisting customers with day-to-day banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and cashing checks. Providing high level of customer service by answering questions about accounts, banking products, and services. Referring customers to appropriate banking product or specialist as needed. Balancing cash drawer daily. Taking appropriate action in the case of suspicious activity or potential fraud. Completing required documentation and reports. Answering the telephone. Duties may grow based on performance. Other experience and qualifications: Previous customer service and cash handling experience highly preferred. Accurate data entry and typing skill. Excellent communication skill. Comfort working on computers and learning new programs. Proven reliability. Familiarity with general office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, and multi-line telephone. Ability to stand for long periods.
