
Lead Executive Assistant To VP
At Honeywell, we are seeking a highly strategic and proactive Lead Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support
it is instrumental in driving executive effectiveness, operational efficiency, and organizational alignment. Reporting directly to the VP, Finance Business Analysis & Planning / VP Controller, this position operates from our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid schedule and plays a critical role in enabling leadership impact across the business. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a polished professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and brings sound judgment, discretion, and executive presence. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues. Own and optimize complex executive calendars, aligning priorities with business objectives. Coordinate high-level meetings across leaders, functions, and time zones, ensuring seamless execution. Manage domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, and expense coordination with precision. Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications with exceptional quality and professionalism. Act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, representing leadership with confidence and discretion. Drive follow-through on action items and ensure cross-functional alignment. Manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail. Support strategic initiatives, leadership projects, and special assignments. You Must Have 5 or more years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leaders. Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority demands with exceptional organizational skills. Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence. We Value Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Experience supporting senior leaders in a matrixed, global, or fast-paced organization. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise. Experience tracking deliverables and coordinating across teams or project management tools.
