Director of Construction - High End Residential

As the Director of Construction, you will lead and mentor a growing team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while shaping operational standards across complex, design-driven residential projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction leader who thrives in high-end custom homebuilding and excels at elevating both people and project delivery. Description In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of 4 Project Managers and 4 Assistant Project Managers, with eventual leadership over multiple field teams. You will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key driver of construction quality, execution standards, staffing, and team development. This position is full-time, on-site in Holden, MA, with occasional light travel to project locations.
