As the Director of Construction, you will lead and mentor a growing team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while shaping operational standards across complex, design-driven residential projects. Description In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of 4 Project Managers and 4 Assistant Project Managers, with eventual leadership over multiple field teams. You will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key driver of construction quality, execution standards, staffing, and team development. This position is full-time, on-site in Holden, MA, with occasional light travel to project locations. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of PMs, APMs, and growing field personnel, fostering collaboration and accountability Oversee construction operations, ensuring best-in-class execution on all luxury residential projects Establish, refine, and enforce project management standards, workflows, and quality expectations Partner closely with executive leadership to align construction practices with company-wide goals Support PMs in preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client/architect coordination Act as the senior point of escalation for project challenges, staffing needs, and resourcing decisions Champion communication, cross-department alignment, and a high-performance team culture Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
