About The Harvest Residency is a 2-year program designed to train and equip future pastors, missionaries and church planters for effective and fruitful ministry. The residency is for individuals who believe they have been called by God to pursue pastoral ministry, have demonstrated gifts of leadership and preaching/teaching along with some practical experience in these areas, and desire further equipping to lead in the Church.
Our desire is to train and equip young men who aspire to serve in a vocational ministry role as a pastor, church planter, or missionary.
Residency Aims We aim to develop residents in 3 broad areas:
Character Development
Theological Convictions
Ministry Competence and Experience
