What you'll do
- Oversee daily operations, department leaders, staffing, and vendor partnerships.
- Drive occupancy through smart sales strategies, outreach, and market insights.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and key reporting.
- Champion resident experience, safety, compliance, and brand standards; serve as MOD as needed.
Requirements
You bring
- 5+ years of leadership in senior living, hospitality, or related operations.
- Financial acumen, people leadership, and confident communication (including public speaking).
- Knowledge of senior living regulations (Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA) preferred; Yardi/Cubigo a plus.
