Qualifications
Education/Certification :
- Master's degree in education administration
- Valid administration certification
Special Knowledge/Skills :
- Strong knowledge of secondary curriculum, instruction, and assessment
- Ability to interpret data and evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness
- Understanding of accountability systems and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to manage budget and personnel
- Knowledge of and ability to implement school law, compliance requirements, policy and procedures
- Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
Experience :
- Three years experience as a classroom teacher
- Three years experience in instructional leadership roles
- Secondary Administration experience, preferred
Salary
Salary Range: Starting at $85,000 - $105,000 (Depending on years of service)
