Job Description
Sabio is seeking a Senior Director of Project Management to own end-to-end project execution across multiple high-impact business units, including App Science and Sabio’s core platform. This is a highly visible role responsible for driving clarity, accountability, and delivery in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
This position is ideal for a senior-level project manager who thrives in complexity, understands ad tech or data-heavy product environments, and can operate independently as the single source of truth for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive project management across Sabio
- Serve as the central point of accountability for project execution, timelines, and delivery
- Manage and maintain project plans, workflows, and reporting in Jira, with exposure to Influence and Asana
- Lead standups, status check-ins, and cross-functional alignment meetings
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers across multiple teams
- Proactively identify issues and escalation with clear recommendations and next steps
- Provide concise, executive-ready updates to senior leadership
- Bring structure, rigor, and consistency to project management processes in a startup-style environment
- Create product requirement documents and outline roadmaps with timelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience (level flexible for exceptional candidates)
- Direct industry experience in ad tech, CTV/FAST/AVOD/SVOD, ad operation, programmatic, ad servers, or data-heavy technology environments
- Proven ability to operate independently and hit the ground running
- Strong command of project management tools, especially Jira
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities
- Clear, confident communicator able to translate complexity into actionable updates
- Experience with multiple project management platforms and tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, etc.
- Experience in supporting analytics, data science, product engineering teams, production, etc.
- Experience acting as a sole project manager or building PM structure from the ground up
