The work we do building families offers stimulation, challenge, and personal reward. We have an immediate opening for an Executive Director to join our team in Margate, Florida. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Practice has an efficient and effective infrastructure, including information systems, billing and collection support, and related functions to support current operations and planned growth.
  • Ensure compliance with Administrative Policies and Standard Procedures.
  • Oversee facilities management, identification of new office space, and planning and development of new sites/buildings to support growth.
  • Coordinate and optimize operations among satellite offices within the territory.
  • Recruit, select, train, supervise, and retain practice personnel to deliver high-quality services, maximize profits, and minimize turnover.
  • Monitor scheduling and assignment of employee responsibilities and follow up on results.
  • Maintain practice operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies, procedures, and HIPAA & safety standards.
  • Develop annual budgets and achieve revenue and profitability targets; control overhead and address inefficiencies.
  • Present financial information to executive teams, explain variances from budget, and outline corrective actions when needed.
  • Report on practice performance (financial and productivity) monthly to the Board of Directors, identify areas not meeting metrics, plan and execute corrective actions.
  • Oversee and participate in external audit processes (e.g., laboratory, OR/PACU credentialing and licensure) and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements for all offices in the territory.
  • Develop teams, provide mentorship, guidance, and growth opportunities.
  • With USF Marketing, oversee marketing programs to grow the assigned region and maintain up-to-date market intelligence for effective responses to threats or opportunities.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to yield better workflow, higher IVF throughput, and fewer errors.

What You’ll Bring

  • Master’s (MBA/MHA) degree in business or health administration preferred; bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare required, with prior experience running a comparable size medical/physician practice.
  • Minimum 5 years of strong leadership and supervisory/management experience.
  • Knowledge of an MSO-practice relationship and ability to navigate and strengthen this relationship.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team; build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement, customer service, and team building.
