Executive Director, North Iowa Regional Housing Authority (NIRHA)

North Iowa Regional Housing Authority (NIRHA), a multi-county housing authority serving north central Iowa, is seeking a steady, mission-driven Executive Director to lead administration of its Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs.

The Executive Director serves as the chief administrative and financial officer of the Authority and is responsible for HUD compliance, financial management, staff supervision, and Board support. Approximately 4–5 years of housing and/or progressively responsible management experience is recommended. Housing authority experience is strongly preferred.

This position is primarily on-site within the service area and is not remote.
