Job Overview

The Senior Director of Operations is a highly versatile, financially disciplined operator who serves as an extension of the Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations. This role functions as a strategic problem-solver and execution lead across operations, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in spreadsheets and on the shop floor—able to translate financial targets into operational plans, identify risks before they materialize, and step into gaps wherever the business needs leadership. This role requires strong judgment, ownership mentality, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
