As a
Customer Retention Specialist
at Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen, you will be instrumental in understanding why sales are canceled and implementing strategies to retain valuable customers. You will proactively engage with homeowners through outbound calls, ensuring their needs are met while setting follow-up appointments and exceeding appointment-setting goals. Key Responsibilities: Analyze the reasons for canceled sales and provide tailored recommendations. Engage effectively with homeowners to assess their needs. Conduct outbound calls to schedule follow-up appointments. Achieve and surpass appointment-setting targets. Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction. Collaborate with outside sales leaders to enhance program success. Accurately input data into our systems. What We’re Looking For: A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and via computer. A positive mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks. An eagerness to learn and evolve in your role. At least 2 years of experience as a successful phone sales representative. Prior call center experience is a plus.
