Our mission is clear: to enhance bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing beautiful, durable, and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures, thereby enriching the lives of our customers. We are looking to hire a skilled Marketing Events Specialist for our team. Job Description: Identify and research events and shows within designated areas. Negotiate contracts with event vendors. Plan and schedule an annual calendar of events and shows. Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators. Organize demonstrator schedules for event participation. Oversee booth and display setup and teardown. Arrange appointments for free in-home consultations during events and shows. Collect contest entries and follow up to schedule free in-home consultations. Measure and report on the effectiveness of events. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality. Strong planning and organizational abilities. Capable of coaching, training, and motivating others. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to stand for extended periods. Able to lift up to 30 pounds. Availability to work weekends is a must.
