Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with clients and implementation partners to ensure the successful delivery of services tailored to our clients' business objectives. You will play a crucial role in maximizing customer success with Oracle NetSuite by reducing risks and employing best practices.
As a trusted advisor, you will analyze customer requirements from various perspectives to guarantee that Oracle NetSuite solutions align with client goals. Your influence and expertise will not only benefit our clients but also our internal teams, leveraging resources within the ACS Technical Services Department and the Oracle NetSuite GBU.
This managerial position focuses on a specific industry, service line, or technology center within our practice, where you will oversee three key pillars: people management, portfolio management, and sales enablement. Your responsibilities will include managing profit and loss, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction and referenceability.
Your mission will be to implement operational policies effectively, achieve business objectives, and foster growth in both revenue and customer base. You will manage a team of individual contributors and may serve as a strategic advisor for complex engagements.
Responsibilities
Required Experience
10+ years of consulting experience in information technology.
5+ ERP project implementations, either in project management or technical roles.
Experience collaborating with implementation partners for ERP solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Demonstrated understanding of integration, data migration, and customization.
Experience leading implementation life cycle activities, including testing and go-live phases.
Proven track record in risk and issue management during projects.
Solid understanding of technology architecture.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Preferred Experiences:
Experience with leading global solution integrators.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and release management.
Familiarity with SaaS and cloud architectures.
Experience with Oracle Cloud or NetSuite.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
