Job Title: IT Business Analyst (Sales and Project Delivery)

Location: US - Remote

Department: IT Data & Applications

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support global technology initiatives across finance and project-based business domains. This role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, driving requirements, estimation, and successful agile delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong Scrum and DevOps experience, excels in stakeholder engagement, and is comfortable working across global time zones.

This position focuses primarily on supporting Sales and Project Delivery efforts, bridging business needs in finance and project-based operations with effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead, facilitating ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Partner closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements

Lead customer and stakeholder engagement to support solution definition, prioritization, and delivery planning

Support estimation, roadmap planning, and backlog management in collaboration with product owners and delivery teams

Work effectively with global IT development teams across the US, India, and Australia, accommodating multiple time zones

Collaborate with DevOps teams to support continuous delivery, release planning, and deployment activities

Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and delivery outcomes

Support initiatives related to finance systems and project-based business processes

Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in an agile environment

Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile delivery frameworks, and DevOps practices

Experience working on finance-related and project-based business initiatives

Demonstrated ability to work with distributed global teams across multiple regions and time zones

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements

Experience supporting estimation, planning, and delivery in collaboration with IT development teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in contract-to-hire roles or similar transition models

Scrum Master or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)

Experience working in large, matrixed or global organizations
