In Specialty Care, you'll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. This position will report into the US Medical Next Gen Immunology team which is a segment of the North America Medical Specialty Care organization. Our Medical team function serves as a valued strategic partner with Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access on therapeutic solutions to support patients' needs. Main Responsibilities: Provide administrative support leveraging existing digital platforms and AI tools to ensure records retention, internal and external meeting and event planning/coordination, management of calendars, travel arrangements, submission of expense reports, preparation of contracts, project tracking, and other assigned administrative/coordination activities. Assist in the development of presentations and reports aligned with leadership needs. Assist in the procurement of office supplies and hardware/software materials. Assist with onboarding new staff and acquisition of equipment/technology. About You: Education: College degree preferred. Work Experience: 5 years of relevant experience preferred. Skills / knowledge: Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong project management skills.
