Think Tell Junction is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will serve as the frontline contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support over the phone. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that each customer feels valued and heard. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance as needed Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively Document customer interactions accurately in the system Provide product and service information to customers Process orders, forms, and applications as required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers Proficient in using computer systems and call center software Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Benefits: Competitive hourly wage: $27 - $33 per hour.
