
Sales Representative
Summary: A global packaging company is looking to bring on a new sales representative. With over $32B in revenue, they are focused on providing sustainable, paper-based packaging solutions. This role involves managing current customer relationships, prospecting new customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth plans by aligning market trends with company solutions.
Identify pricing dynamics and strategies to develop a robust sales pipeline.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals to contribute to annual targets.
Create and manage a strategic sales pipeline within corrugated packaging sales
Manage contractual relationships and negotiate contracts.
Drive commercial excellence through new account development, growth in existing accounts, and margin improvement plans.
Leverage internal resources to understand market trends and competition.
Monitor profitability levels and analyze financial summaries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience with corrugated packaging
2-5+ years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing industry preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI
