Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Web Content Coordinator to support our Marketing team by keeping our franchise websites fresh, optimized, and conversion-ready. This role is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career—or with a few years of hands-on experience—who wants to grow their skills in web content management, SEO, and landing page optimization. You’ll play a key role in improving our digital presence by updating website graphics, building and optimizing landing pages, refreshing copy, and ensuring content aligns with SEO best practices and current Google standards. If you enjoy improving websites and digital experiences—but don’t want to be a developer—this role is for you. Basic HTML or coding knowledge is not required. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, takes pride in details, and enjoys continuously improving digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Update website graphics and visual elements Create, maintain, and optimize landing pages Refresh website copy for clarity, SEO performance, and conversions Ensure all content follows SEO best practices and current Google guidelines Maintain accuracy and consistency across franchise websites Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and ongoing digital updatesMonitor content performance and recommend improvements where appropriate Support measurable improvements in website engagement, SEO rankings, and conversion performance Qualifications Basic knowledge of SEO and web best practices Strong attention to detail with an eye for design Ability to edit and improve written content Organized and able to manage multiple website updates simultaneously Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Landing page development or conversion rate optimization experience Prior experience in digital marketing or content management Key Skills & Competencies Detail Orientation: Maintains high accuracy when editing copy and updating website content Creative Thinking: Ability to improve visual and written content to enhance user experience SEO Awareness: Understands keyword placement, metadata basics, and search optimization principles Content Optimization Mindset: Focused on improving clarity, engagement, and conversion performance Design Sensibility: Recognizes visual balance, branding consistency, and layout effectiveness Project & Time Management: Effectively prioritizes and manages multiple updates and deadlines Collaboration: Works well with marketing teammates and responds constructively to feedback Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities Analytical Curiosity: Willingness to review performance data and adjust content strategies accordingly Education & Experience 1-3 years of digital marketing or web content experience preferred Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience will be considered Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
