Lead CyberSecurity Analyst
Lake Mary, FL or Charlotte, NC
Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote
2-year contract
W2 Rate - $95/hr
Your role will involve the successful development, direction, management, and implementation of the requirements. The ability to lead through influence and communicate with clarity of thought while understanding business, security, and technical requirements is crucial.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 12+ years of relevant professional experience Hands-on experience with system implementation and change management Strong understanding of industry cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, CMMC, ISA/IEC 62443, CIS Critical Security Controls) Experience implementing NIST or similar cybersecurity frameworks Knowledge of OT networks, protocols, assets, and devices Familiarity with NERC CIP standards and OT security controls Awareness of current and emerging technologies, processes, and industry practices Must have ability to
Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity procedures, standards, training, and documentation, translating business needs into technical requirements while managing change across teams. Design and assess cybersecurity solutions and processes, identifying automation and improvement opportunities, creating SOPs, and evaluating applications and business processes to manage security risk. Lead and support small- to medium-scale cybersecurity initiatives, partnering with business teams and subject matter experts to define requirements, meet project goals, and develop enterprise standards and best practices. Drive consistency and performance by defining key metrics, supporting cybersecurity automation tools, and collaborating across regions to deliver repeatable, scalable solutions and processes.
