
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following, other duties may be assigned as needed: Responsible for security and portfolio details across the systems infrastructure. For securities: System setup and maintenance, pricing, and exchange rates Instructing on and processing all voluntary corporate actions (internal and external) Processing mandatory corporate actions Supports Pricing Committee Administers proxy voting Provides class action oversight Significant ownership reporting Portfolios Onboarding new portfolio for relevant portfolio management systems and with key business partners Proper implementation of fund changes including renaming and index adjustments

Qualifications History of advanced system comprehension and usage; ability to understand how data flows throughout the different systems and organization Knowledge of industry terminology, security identifiers, and history about researching security details, values and actions Knowledge about corporate actions and history processing Strong understanding of financial markets and an interest in investing Knowledge about different asset classes (equity, fixed income, spots, forwards, options, futures, swaps), investment products (mutual funds, ETFs, ETNs, separately managed accounts) and transaction types/sources (buys and sells, shorts and covers, expiration, maturity, corporate actions, etc.) Experience working with diverse range of financial professionals including operations, trading, marketing and IT Focus on streamlining and improving processes/workflow Experience with system conversion and implementation a plus Education and/or Experience
Bachelor Degree in business, finance, marketing, mathematics or relevant degrees 3-5 years at an asset manager, RIA or similar investment firm performing comparable operational functions General Competencies
