Job Title: Salesforce Quality Analyst Client: US-based Healthcare Organization Work Timings: EST/CST Experience: 8+ years
Mandatory Skills: • Production Support • Data Migration validation. • Integration Testing • Salesforce Health Cloud (preferred)
Job Responsibilities: • Ensure high-quality software delivery through QA processes and development standards • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and business analysts to resolve issues • Review functional requirements and technical designs to create test plans and test cases • Understand system components, process workflows, and perform testing (functional, system, regression, and acceptance) • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with a focus on continuous delivery • Strong understanding of QA tools, test scripts, and automation experience • Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Salesforce SDLC • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Requirements: • Quality Assurance experience on Salesforce • Deep SFDC admin knowledge • Understanding of negative and positive use case testing • Ability to create and document repeatable test cases • Strong understanding of release cycles and continuous delivery environment • Experience with QA automation and Salesforce integration
