Job Summary The Director of Enterprise Development is accountable for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide employee learning experiences and programs that accelerate the growth, effectiveness, and impact of employees across Otsuka. This role oversees a portfolio of initiatives tailored to level, skills, and capabilities, while serving as a strategic consultant within the Leadership Development Center of Excellence. Additionally, the Director partners on ad hoc projects and enterprise talent initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and long-term workforce development goals.

Responsibilities • Design and maintain leadership development programs, ensuring integration of Fit For Purpose skills and processes across the organization. • Collaborate with Talent COE partners to align leadership initiatives with competency models, performance management, mentoring, succession planning, and other talent strategies. • Serve as a Talent Partner, partnering with business leaders and HRBPs to understand operations, strategy, and priorities, and deliver customized solutions to the function that meet business priorities and long term functional and organizational goals. • Partner with Change Management and Communications teams to ensure a cohesive and effective communication strategy for leadership development initiatives. • Drive adoption and impact of development programs, including identifying, designing, implementing, and evaluating training and learning solutions. • Manage external partnerships with vendors, consultants, and academic institutions to enhance leadership offerings and maintain best-in-class practices. • Ensure compliance in all leadership development approaches, minimizing bias and adhering to legal and ethical standards. • Deliver exceptional stakeholder experiences, leveraging innovative technologies and collaborating with and not limited to R&D, Legal, Privacy, Analytics, TA, and HRBPs as needed. • Assess organizational leadership needs, prioritize initiatives, and build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders. • Integrate development strategies with HR technology platforms, ensuring usability and alignment with current and future systems. • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, continuously evolving internal practices to maintain a competitive edge. • Manage program spend and measure ROI through Forms Surveys and Metrics That Matter, partnering with talent leaders to evaluate the impact and value of enterprise development initiatives. Based on feedback, openness to evolve and innovate program design to meet the needs of the customer. • Represent the organization externally, promoting brand awareness and fostering relationships at industry conferences and networking events. • Monitor and report program effectiveness, leveraging KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree • Proven track record of designing, developing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs. • Experience shaping integrated HR solutions and or functional solutions • Ability to connect with stakeholders across the enterprise and nurture seamless cross functional partnerships • Project management experience • Vendor management experience • Excellent communication, collaboration, partnership, facilitation, interpersonal and leadership skills • Have intellectual curiosity, sense of urgency and ability to work independently • Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior level leaders. • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong presentation and facilitation skills • Ability to manage a budget, work with vendors, and analyze data and evaluate program effectiveness. • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred • 4 years related experience within Human Resources, training, and/or leadership development or talent management. • Development program experience or exposure strongly preferred • Degree in instructional design
