
Part-Time Fulfillment Specialist - Flexible Hours

Key Responsibilities
Efficiently pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness, while maintaining a clean and safe staging area.
Deliver outstanding customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, addressing inquiries, and connecting customers with the appropriate associates when needed.
Utilize and maintain certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) while adhering to all safety protocols.
Contribute to inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and collaborating with leadership to address discrepancies.
Complete various administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks, such as audits and order follow-ups, while promptly reporting any safety or theft issues.
Work with a customer-first mindset, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills to achieve daily responsibilities.
Be open to taking on additional tasks as needed to support business operations.
Required Qualifications 6 months of experience using a computer for information input and retrieval.
6 months of experience utilizing common retail technology like smartphones and tablets.
Current certification on powered equipment: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must obtain if not already certified).
Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED.
6 months of retail experience.
6 months in a customer service or product fulfillment role in a home improvement or hardware retail setting, particularly in departments like kitchen, plumbing, electrical, or lawn and garden.
6 months of experience handling product or material inspection, loading, and unloading in any industry.
Pay Range:
$15.00 - $15.60 per hour The starting pay rate may vary based on factors such as position offered, location, education, and experience.
