The Salesforce Health Cloud Developer will support enhancements to an established Health Cloud platform used to manage engagement, performance, and collaboration with affiliated providers. This role will design and build scalable solutions across workflow automation, dashboards, reporting, and user experience capabilities.
Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Health Cloud solutions • Build workflow automation, approval processes, and action item tracking • Configure and customize Health Cloud objects, Lightning components, and Experience Cloud features • Develop insights driven capabilities such as next best step recommendations and engagement tracking • Create dashboards and reporting solutions to support IPA performance management • Integrate Salesforce with upstream and downstream systems using APIs • Support testing, deployment, and post release stabilization

Required Skills & Experience • 5 to 8 years of Salesforce development experience • Strong hands on experience with Health Cloud • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and declarative automation tools • Experience building dashboards and custom reporting • Understanding of provider engagement or healthcare workflows preferred
