
Digital Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview
**This position is in-office only.
The Sea Pines Resort is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated marketing professional to support the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives in a dynamic resort environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a collaborative marketing team.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and reports to the Associate Director of Marketing. This position supports key digital channels including email marketing, website and app updates, digital advertising, and social media, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are executed accurately and efficiently.
This role also serves as the primary point of coordination for Online Listings & Reputation Management and plays a central role in compiling and analyzing marketing performance data across channels.
Strong proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing Assist in building, scheduling, and deploying email campaigns Support email design, copywriting, and layout Help segment lists and manage audience targeting Proofread campaigns for accuracy, consistency, and brand voice Track performance and prepare post-campaign reports Website & App Management
Update website content, promotions, and landing pages on TSPR website and third-party platforms Support ongoing app content management and marketing initiatives Implement updates and enhancements in coordination with marketing leadership Digital Advertising
Collaborate with the digital agency and marketing team to support the execution of digital advertising campaigns Help monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimization efforts Social Media
Assist with drafting and scheduling social media content Help capture photo and video content on property Monitor engagement and analytics and prepare performance summaries Online Listings & Reputation Management
Oversee the accuracy and consistency of Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and other listing platforms Monitor guest reviews and coordinate responses as needed Ensure all listings reflect current offerings, promotions, and brand standards Reporting & Analytics
Compile and analyze email, social media, website, survey, and digital advertising performance reports Prepare dashboards, summaries, and visual performance recaps Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement Maintain organized reporting systems and historical data Print & Fulfillment Projects
Assist with print collateral production and fulfillment projects Coordinate with vendors on timelines, proofs, and deliveries Support inventory management and distribution of printed materials Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of marketing or digital marketing experience (internships included) Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills Excellent written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred:
Experience with email marketing platforms (Inntopia, Mailchimp, etc.) Experience with Google Ads (AdWords) Familiarity with website CMS platforms Experience creating, scheduling, and analyzing social media content across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite a plus) Ideal Candidate Traits
Organized and process-driven Highly detail-oriented (catches typos and inconsistencies easily) Proactive and eager to learn Creative but analytical Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
