On-site role (not remote/hybrid).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collections Management:
Manage daily outreach via calls and messages to negotiate payment agreements and follow up on commitments. Campaigns and Prospecting:
Execute renewal campaigns, manage leads, and schedule appointments with clients. Customer Service:
Use active listening to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions. Administration and Operations:
Support log control, maintain office order, and perform general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate demonstrates
reliable attendance and punctuality
consistent with scheduled shifts, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies and fostering teamwork.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (Our ideal candidate)
Sales and collections experience preferred. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Sales, Financial Services). Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns professionally. Strong phone presence; comfortable with high call volume. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Strong numeric/data accuracy; computer proficiency (typing speed 40 wpm minimum). Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth. Open to ongoing coaching and committed to becoming an expert in consumer credit. High School diploma required; College preferred. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of client information. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pay scale (good-faith hourly range): $19.00 - $20.50 (range depends on location, education, and experience). Medical benefits. 401(k) Retirement plan.
