Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative
role with a respected insurance firm. Answer and assist incoming customer calls regarding
policy coverage, modifications, and inquiries . Provide
accurate information
and ensure customers receive proof of insurance and proper documentation. Track customer interactions and
follow up
to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams and stay current on
insurance products and marketing updates . Focus on delivering a
positive customer experience
through clear communication and professionalism. Requirements
Bilingual required
(English/Spanish). Previous customer service experience
is required; insurance industry experience is a plus. Knowledge of
insurance products and policy schedules
preferred. Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Strong
listening, communication, and problem-solving
skills. High school diploma or GED
required. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
