Lead enterprise AI strategy conversations
Architect multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
Oversee delivery teams
Own executive stakeholder management
Build and scale an Agentforce/Data Cloud practice

5+ years in Salesforce consulting or enterprise architecture
Led multiple complex Service Cloud implementations
Hands-on experience delivering Agentforce in production
Deep experience with Data Cloud architecture and activation
Managed enterprise clients in the US market
Experience leading small to mid-sized delivery teams Experience in SaaS, TMT, fintech, or manufacturing
Experience integrating MuleSoft or external data platforms
Experience with Voice AI or AWS Connect
