Customer Service Representative
to join our growing team in
Meridian, ID ! The Personal Lines Customer Service Representative is a customer-focused insurance professional responsible for servicing inbound communications, processing policy changes, and quoting new or renewal business with multiple carriers to ensure optimal coverage and value for clients. Dedicated to accuracy, compliance, and continuous learning while providing timely support and coverage recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
How You Will Contribute
Service inbound calls, emails and daily tasks
Process endorsement requests
Quote new and/or renewal business with multiple carriers to find best value for clients
Make coverage recommendations to customers and cross-sell and upsell when necessary
Perform all clerical duties related to customer support
Maintain a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients and carrier personnel to minimize the potential for errors and omissions claims
Utilizing an electronic filing manager to maintain company compliance
Attend training sessions, and courses to maintain up-to-date skills
Licenses And Certifications
Property & Casualty License, preferred
Skills & Experience To Be Successful
High school diploma or equivalent, required
6 months to 2 years of experience, required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, requiredExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
Experience with Agency Management Software, preferred
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
