Reporting Coordinator (Capital Access)
to work with direct client at
St. Petersburg, FL Contract - W2 Hybrid St. Petersburg, FL Hybrid role onsite 3 days per week Tower 2 St. Petersburg, FL- work hours 8 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday Laptop provided Opportunity for extension or conversion based on attendance, performance and availability of an FTE role Job Summary:
This person will be responsible for supporting the Capital Access department in the capacity of a Capital Access Associate. This particular department offers a variety of banking services (debit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts, etc.) for brokerage accounts. When a 3rd party company (i.e. mortgage companies, audit companies, etc.) needs to confirm a specific monetary amount is available in the clients account, this person will be responsible for confirming with the 3rd party Job Duties: Provide verification of deposits to 3rd party companies via email, a service center portal, or through regular mail Answer inbound calls from RJ clients (typically half of each day will be spent handling inbound calls) - answering questions about capital access accounts and other general inquiries Provide detailed documentation for each verified deposit Reporting Processing items out of queue Must Haves At least 2 years or recent customer service experience - NOT FROM A CALL CENTER.
The hiring manager is looking for candidates who have experience speaking with high profile clientele. The Capital Access department is the only department that speaks directly with clients, rather than a Financial Advisor or a client service associate. Therefore, he does not want someone who has had handled only quick / transactional calls like in a call center. David, hiring manager, stated that someone with a background as a bank teller would work as long as the candidate had impeccable customer service skills Manager is also open to candidates who have recently graduated with their bachelor's degree Proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Clear and professional written and oral communication skills; excellent phone etiquette Customer service focused; willing to go above and beyond Experience within the financial services industry is a big plus Advanced typing skills If interested, kindly apply with latest resume.
