
Customer Care Advocate | Leading Benefits Administration Team – Las Vegas, NV
We’re hiring a Customer Care Advocate to join a dynamic team in Las Vegas supporting retirement and health/welfare benefits. If you have at least 6 months of experience in customer service or benefits administration—and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment—this contract role offers a great opportunity to grow and potentially transition into a permanent position.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Maintain knowledge of assigned benefit plans
Administer retirement and health/welfare benefits
Update files and document system notes
Distribute regulatory communications
Initiate and follow up on Action Requests
Resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
6+ months of experience in customer service or benefits administration
Strong work ethic and team player mindset
Excellent communication and listening skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in call center environments (claims, billing, or eligibility)
