Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Full-time, on‑site position Compensation
$19.00 per hour Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information and high‑quality customer support. Perform data entry and maintain records with a high level of accuracy. Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management. Use Microsoft Office and Outlook to manage communications and documentation. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements
Clear and strong communication skills (verbal and written). Reliable and dependable work ethic. Must have a clear background (background check required). Must pass an assessment test evaluating: Typing speed and accuracy Data entry skills Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency Previous customer service experience preferred. Assessment Requirement
