Customer Service Representative

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat Provide accurate and knowledgeable responses to questions about products, pricing, and availability Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and meet their needs Perform data entry across various platforms with attention to detail Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a customer service or support role (preferred but not required) Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal Excellent phone etiquette and a professional, solution-first attitude Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, customer-focused mindset and problem-solving approach This is an excellent entry point into the finance or automotive industries. While prior experience is valued, we’re open to training the right candidate who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to grow with us. Seniority level
