Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to clients
Maintain continuous communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates
Schedule appointments and manage receipt of equipment from multiple customers
Utilize in-house designed software to track client data and equipment
Effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong task organization and time-management skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge of tools is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and reach for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift or move heavy instruments (up to 50 pounds for short distances)
Must Have
Clean driving record for the past 3 years
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
