Job Description The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments, and perform other sale day activities. Responsibilities Organize keys and file documents according to internal and lot numbering systems; upload documents to the web each sale. Communicate with departments, teams, and customers regarding documents such as LOLC’s and Purgers. Process payments from successful bidders. Provide customers with information about auxiliary services. Ensure superior customer service at all times. Support RB's commitment to safety by taking personal responsibility for safety of yourself, team, co-workers, and customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience working in-person with customers. Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software. Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry. Strong commitment to customer service. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Friendly, patient personality. Team-oriented, willing to assist wherever needed.
