Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older High school Diploma/GED Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously High-speed internet and a distraction-free home office setup Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Fluent in English and Spanish
