We are seeking a detail?oriented
Data Entry Specialist
to join our team on a
contract basis
in
Wayne, PA . This role is
fully onsite
and ideal for someone who can start immediately and has
strong Excel skills
along with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases Use
Microsoft Excel
to input, organize, and manage data (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed Ensure data integrity by following established processes and quality standards Perform routine data audits and verification Support administrative or operational teams with data?related tasks Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role Strong Microsoft Excel skills (required) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently Strong organizational and time?management skills Ability to work
