You will greet customers, ring the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and occasionally work with our food program. You will gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis. You will work around the store (inside and out) to help maintain our high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. You will maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance. You will interact with many customers daily as part of a fun, energetic team accomplishing daily tasks around the store. Responsibilities

Lead shifts and supervise entry-level staff Greet customers, assist with purchases, and provide product recommendations Maintain store appearance and ensure fast, friendly service Collaborate with team to meet daily goals Identify and suggest solutions to customer needs Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance Your Qualifications

Retail and customer service experience Entry-level management experience Sales associate or cashiering experience High School Diploma or equivalent Motivation to advance in your career Willingness to learn and have fun Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes per shift Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift Hand-eye coordination; may require climbing a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signs Benefits
