Job Description
As the Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for entering orders via an order entry program and maintaining the inventory program and dealership profile accounts. You will also establish professional relationships with prospects and customers, generate the forms management report and other weekly reports to sales representatives, resolve product shipping and billing problems, and maintain complete customer files for sales. Location & Shift
This position is located at Reynolds and Reynolds’ facility in Celina, OH. The shift is 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Requirements
Available to work 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Associate’s degree or equivalent customer service experience preferred Detail oriented and outgoing personality PC knowledge and data entry experience Benefits
