About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with a leading financial institution to hire motivated Customer Service Representatives. Our client is known for delivering exceptional support to homeowners across the country and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will assist clients over the phone with their financial-related questions and concerns. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls and provide helpful, accurate information regarding financial accounts Research and resolve customer concerns while ensuring high service quality Log interactions and follow-up actions in internal systems Maintain compliance with applicable guidelines and procedures Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive customer experience
Qualifications:
Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate computer systems and input data accurately Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply
