Provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues on the Business Insurance team. Support the team with processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits. Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Qualifications
High school diploma required. Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days). At least 1 year of Commercial Insurance experience. Two (2) years of Customer Service experience. Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Experience working with EPIC is a plus. Benefits

The applicable base salary range for this role is $34,700 to $64,600. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
