Detailed Job Description: ? At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle ? 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects as Functional resource ? Experience on Redwood architecture and Visual Builder ? Work experience in implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, Talent and compensation management ? End to end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules - Requirement Gathering, Configuring, testing, UAT and production deployment ? Experience with Security, AutoComplete Rules, Approval WorkFlow , and working knowledge on HDL, Extracts and Reports ? Solution Design, POC, Troubleshooting issues
